Parent Resources for CentriKid
Use this page is to help you get ready for CentriKid! CentriKid is for kids who have completed 3rd through 5th grade. Kids who have completed 2nd grade can attend with a parent chaperone. This year, CentriKid camp will be at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. The schedule is unusual this year! We will be leaving SUNDAY, June 8 and return THURSDAY, June 12.
How to sign up?
Pick up an envelope on the Info Desk and fill it out. Even if you don't submit payment, it's good to fill this out to reserve your spot for camp. Deposits are due February 12, 2025. Make sure ALL information is filled out. Turn it in to your Children's Minister, David or to the church office.
When are the meetings?
Parent meetings have been tentatively set for Wednesday, January 15 @ 7:15 pm and Wednesday, May 21 @ 7:15 pm. Please join our Remind group for text notifications by texting "@2bccamp" to 81010.
Is Centrikid right for my child?
Through past experience in guiding parents of young kids, here are some guidelines I've found helpful. If your child is not to this point, you can encourage them to work toward these daily tasks to be ready by CentriKid. Kids need to be able to:
2025 Theme: HIGHER
We are inviting you to explore our calling and join us as we go "Higher". At CentriKid 2025, kids will discover what it means to live out our calling through the adventure of following Christ.
Cost
We will do a fundraiser to help with the cost. The total cost per person is $380. The deposit is $75. Deposits are due February 12, 2025.
