The Gospel: God's Plan for Me

For some kids, VBS sparks questions about their need to follow Jesus, baptism, or heaven.  Sometimes, their questions are hard to answer!  You want to teach them what is true and explain topics of faith so the can understand.  


That's why each year we offer a class called "The Gospel: God's Plan for Me", a 5-week study for both kids and parents.  It's a fun, hands-on experience where we can take our time, have freedom to ask questions, and experience the Gospel - together!


"The Gospel: God's Plan for Me" is a Bible study designed to help kids and parents understand the truth of the Gospel.  These hands-on, interactive sessions outline how:


God Rules

We Sinned

God Provided

Jesus Gives

We Respond


...to the Gospel.

The details...

WHO?  Kids in 3rd to 5th grade AND their parents.

WHAT WILL I NEED?  We will provide a booklet, they're $7 but can be sponsored.

WHEN?  August 30, September 6 (Labor Day weekend; we may have an alternate time), 13, 20, & 27, 2026

WHERE?  Second Baptist Church, Kids Worship Room, 2nd floor

WHY?  Because in 100 years, nothing will matter except our relationship with Jesus.

Please let us know you're coming!  Since this class is usually a small group, everyone's participation is essential since we will play games and do activities that require a handful of kids.
